Terms of Service

1. Services & Products

Broccokat Graphics provides custom illustration, graphic design, and artistic services including but not limited to: corporate branding, shirt designs, stationery, prints, stickers, logos, flyers, business cards, banners, pet portraits, home portraits, and wood-based artwork.

2. Orders & Payment

Full payment is required before delivery of final digital files or physical products.

For custom commissions, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work.

Payment methods accepted: Credit Card, Cash, Square, and Venmo.

3. Revisions & Timelines

Each project includes up to two (2) rounds of minor revisions.

Additional revisions will be charged at an hourly rate of $35.

Estimated completion times will be provided at project start but may vary based on complexity and current workload.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Broccokat Graphics retains copyright to all created designs and illustrations.

Upon full payment, client receives license to use the design for agreed-upon purposes.

Broccokat Graphics reserves the right to display work in portfolio, social media, and promotional materials.

Client is responsible for obtaining proper licenses for any third-party elements they provide.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations prior to project start: 100% refund minus processing fees.

Cancellations after work has begun: No refund of deposit.

Physical products: Returns accepted within 15 days if item is unused and in original packaging.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

Client information will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties.

Broccokat Graphics may retain client contact information for future communications.

7. Limitation of Liability

Broccokat Graphics is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service.
